This is a fantastic bar & grill right near the Eastern State Penitentiary. The decor is spot on! We stopped in for lunch after touring the prison. We were greeted immediately, seated right away, and given carafes of water. We order the app special of deep fried bacon, which my husband just HAD to try, especially at $5. It was deicious!!! Our party had the Baked Mac & Cheese with Panko topping (very delicious fresh take on this comfort food), the Grilled Cheese with Tomato Soup (absolutely delicious), and the Chicken and Waffles (the chicken was moist and delicious, and the waffle was perfect). Our waitress was quick to bring more carafes of water as she saw us need them, and the food was quick enough. All in all this is a place we would definitely try again!

Awesome night celebrating the Eagles!! Awesome crowd. Very friendly people. The bar tenders were awesome. Quick to serve. I ordered the cheese steak rolls not that impressed a little greasy but overall Awesome night. Great drinks. Will definitely visit again.

The atmosphere of this little place was definitely a favorite. The workers were so sweet and the drinks and appetizers were even better. All we got were the pretzels but it was good enough to make me wanna come back and try more. You will definitely see me again. Thanks Urban Saloon. 🤍

The Bartender "EB" is phenomenal, his drinks are great. It's my first time here, and I will will definitely be back. The food (wings) were very good. Definitely give this place a try. I'm definitely coming back. The appetizers were great. The wings were great. Please give them a shot, and definitely get the bartender "EB"

Extremely kind and attentive service. Blood Mary was delicious and aesthetically pleasing. Wings we’re cooked perfectly and the pretzel sticks were warm and soft. Nashville chicken sandwich was delicious - not over done with thick chicken, perfect size. Burger was decent, not anything to rave about. And you can’t beat eating with the penitentiary view.

This place is exactly what it claims in its name. Good casual fair, many different types of beer, and even a good espresso martini. Saloon type atmosphere. Great place to begin or end an evening or a casual night out.

I really like the vibe in this restaurant. It's a nice place to hangout with friends during the weekend and game nights. The food was really good and the gin cocktail we got was the best gin cocktail we had in recent years. The service was great. I would definitely visit this again when I am in Philadelphia. The only thing I didn't like is the blue cheese they gave with the wings it's nasty. I highly recommend this place. Avoid blue cheese.

Stopped here for lunch after a visit to the Eastern State Penitentiary and would highly recommend! Great atmosphere, really good service and chat with Irish guy serving. Nachos with buffalo chicken were 🙌🤤

Great vibes, great bartenders, I only had a pretzel and wings. The wings were too salty. They were still good and tasty. Had a great time there, went to watch the football games colombia vs Portugal and it was super pack. The bartenders worked nonstop kudos to them. Definitely will go back..

The vibes of this place are unmatched they were playing funky soul music and the food was amazing! Had the cookie skillet and it was amazing and the salmon was plated beautifully. The edamame purée that came with the salmon was delicious I’ve never had anything like it! Spinach and artichoke dip was really good and the beer selection was plentiful.
